The Conference Centre at the Meadowlands Hotel was designed with flexibility in mind, catering for interviews, meetings, conferences, training, seminars, press & product launches, and private receptions. The various meeting room options can accommodate 2 to 220 participants. The hotel boasts three individually furnished smaller rooms ideal for boardroom, casual meetings, or interview set-up, two mid-sized rooms perfect for classroom or U-shape set-up, and one large conference room that can be divided into three rooms to suit all conference requirements. Although spacious and bright thanks to natural light, each room is equipped with black-out blinds.
High-tech friendly facilities are key to a successful conference. The Conference room has been recently refitted with a completely new AV system, comprising of 2 Sony 500 Lumen Full HD Laser Projectors which offer a crisp, bright image for all to see. The systems can cater to HDMI & VGA inputs to accommodate all laptops. The ideal facilities when organizing a Hybrid meeting!
