"Excellent hotel. Stayed for 1 night just before Xmas. Found all of the staff from reception to dining, very welcoming and helpful. The family room was clean and warm. We booked a deal that included a 3-course evening meal and breakfast. Both were excellent. All round great value for money. Good location to Shopping area. Would certainly stay again"

"Fantastic. I really can't recommend Dooleys enough. Fantastic hotel, perfect location for the city and a quick drive to activities and sites nearby and parking right across the road is very handy. What stands out for me the most is the incredible staff. Proper hospitality staff who have wonderful personalities, are great with the kids and always go above and beyond. My 1-year-old suffers with food allergies, and the waiting staff didn't just double-check everything but remembered when we came down to eat on other occasions. The chef also cooked his food separately to make sure there's no cross-contamination. The staff are a credit to Dooleys, especially Viktoria who is brilliant at her job. We'd return in a heartbeat. "

"Exceptional. We booked this hotel last minute, and I think we struck it lucky. From check-in to check out the lovely friendly staff looked after us so well. Our room was very nice, and the super-king size bed was so comfortable - even the thunder didn't wake me up!! The breakfast was beautiful and a great variety from Cereal to fruit juice and of course a full breakfast. We ate here for dinner on a couple of occasions too, and again the standard and quality never failed."

"I didn't mention that the hotel is so central to everything and is a stone's throw from the bus station. The hotel doesn't have a car park but there is a car park literally across the road and offers discounts to hotel guests."
