Terms and Conditions:

• Based on minimum of 25 people travelling per group
• Entrances to attractions not included
• Suggested itineraries are included in brochures, however, each tour is tailor made to suit individual needs
• The following hotels will offer 5 single rooms without supplement: (list to be advised)
• After this single supplements will apply
• Rates quoted are subject to availability
• Deposit of €50 per person is required to confirm tour
• Final payment must reach Select Hotels of Ireland 4 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation Fees:

Initial deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation policy is four weeks prior to arrival, cancellations within the 4 weeks are subject to full payment

Liability:

All documents are issued, and all arrangements covering hotel accommodation, transport, tours, transfers and all other services required by the traveler, are made on the explicit understanding that Select Hotels of Ireland act only as an Agent and as such admit no liabilities whatsoever for any loss, damage, delay or injury to persons or property arising out of, or in any connection with any act of neglect or default however caused, either directly or indirectly by the principals or persons or their agents or servants, who shall provide such hotel accommodation, transport, tours, transfers or all other services provided.
