Widely acknowledged as the foodie capital of Ireland, West Cork is home to a multitude of artisan food producers, creating everything from specialist farmhouse cheeses to organic vegetables; Ireland’s finest smoked fish; free-range eggs; chicken, pork, and beef; traditionally cured charcuterie; locally produced honey, preserves and relishes.
Celtic Ross Hotel proudly feature over 35 local food producers on their menus and beverage lists. These suppliers deliver directly to the hotel kitchen. The hotel feel that there has never been a more important time to keep it local and support the community.
CRAFT West Cork
The newest addition to the dining experience at Celtic Ross Hotel is their Artisan Food Truck. C.R.A.F.T West Cork which is a permanent fixture on the hotel terrace. Launched in May 2020, serving vibrant street food, with a West Cork twist which is fun, colourful and most importantly tasty. CRAFT menus are inspired by the travels of the hotel team and features local and artisan suppliers who are dedicated to producing the best ingredients that West Cork has to offer.
Delicious and honest food, local and seasonal, packed with whopping flavours. Dishes feature the best of West Cork ingredients from their doorstep currently served “To Go” or to Click and Collect. “To Go” packaging is fully compostable, to establish a minimal waste ethos.
